You probably noticed that More Minerals Mod is not supported anymore. That is due to the fact that there are too many More Minerals Mods out there. Same goes for More Tools Mod, but I decided not to dicontinue it, but instead make it more unique. More Tools Mod has a ton of tools made of materials that nobody ever uses. Who would make a hoe out of carrots? I want to turn More Tools Mod into something better: I want it to have some unique tool TYPES (not materials) and armor pieces with custom models and stuff. EnderIO has been developed to remove those things I have found frustrating when using mod packs such as FTB. At this early stage, Ender IO provides three main sets of functionality:
1) A compact set of conduits for power, redstone and fluids (items to come). These conduits can all be combined within a single block space and hidden by a simple facade system that allows the facade to appear as any other opaque block in the game, wether its vanilla or from another mod. The facades are automatically hidden when a tool or conduit is equipped to allow modifications to your conduit system without removing and replacing the facades.
The power conduits support Build Craft power (MJ) and the fluid conduits support any fluid using the new Forge fluid API.
2) The EnderIO block and Enderface item can be used in conjunction to interact with any your machines or inventories from anywhere within the same dimension. The items are expensive, but tending to your bee hives without constantly running back and forth makes it well worth while!
3) Tired of having a limited selection of stairs, fences, walls or gates? With the ‘Painter’ you can now make these blocks appear as though they are made out of any opaque block in the game (including blocks from other mods), no matter how silly it may look! Dirt stairs? Diamond block walls? Maybe even something sensible….

By default any weapon can be placed into the weapon system and any weapon without a special right click function can be dual wielded. The mod will also scan though items for weapons added by mods. For further mod support there is an API (check the github repository).

Over 7 hours of tireless work has been spent to make the “perfect grand house” idea that me and my friends originally had in mind. From the forming of concept to the actual build, the grande is a house of extreme modernity and brings fourth an even more contemporary type of construction than the houses that are seen regularly on PMC. With the curve shapes and seamless fusion between one unit to another, the grande sits on a mountain to show what is known as a monumental feat.

With a bold and daring approach, we wanted to take curvature to the next level. Not only did we step out of our comfort zone, we managed to create something more spectacular than we originally had in mind.

As usual, furnishing was difficult and it took us a long time to decide what to put where. In the build, we have attempted something that we would call, the blending of farming and construction into one build. If you look inside the building, you will find that there is actually a lot of farm related materials that has been successfully integrated in the build. Not only does it create a sense of environment from within the build, it also creates a soothing atmosphere for those who walk inside the house.

This mod changes the enchantment mechanics. It does this with a couple of features:

Changes the enchantment table so that enchanting is less random. The base enchantment mechanics are the same, however you cannot get an item worth more levels than you pay for it. Also the enchantment table now adds book slots so you can add multiple books at the same time.

Adds 2 blocks, the Censer and the Book Stand. You can burn most items in the Censer. Some items that are burnt in the Censer modify the chance of specific enchantments in the enchantment table. Book Stands allow an enchanted book to be placed inside it. These boost the chance of getting the enchantment on the book. These blocks can be placed in the same place as a bookshelf.

Changes the anvil so that an item will always cost the same and it will not cost more the repair the same item over and over again. Also the price of renaming an item is reduced to 1 enchantment level.

Adds more positions to place a bookshelf in. You can now place bookshelves (and Censer’s and Book Stands) an extra block away.

Minor Alchemy is a very small (one new item and one new block) but VERY capable mod and with a powerful idea. It is alchemy in its rawest form; take matter and make matter. It works for both Clients and Servers. Please know that server owners can change the universal CV lists, so if an item has a different CV on the server than your client or it doesn’t have one when it usually does, this is probably why.

This small mod gives users the ability to make an Alchemizer, transform items into Energy Containers, and then use those Energy Containers to perform various, helpful tasks in Minecraft. Such tasks include enchanting items to Level 10, repairing broken items, and even cloning existing items! All values are configurable.

Metallurgy is a vast enhancement to the basic mining system, adding well over 48+ new metals (based on which submods you use). Our goal is to create a balanced atmosphere for players to explore and enjoy mining. Metallurgy 2 is also modular, configurable, and entirely tailoring for the player’s experience.

You can find the configs in your .minecraft folder under Config/Metallurgy/(Metal Set)

As part of Metallurgy’s addons, normal ores are put onto our spawn system of no height restrictions, we felt this created a more fun, exploratory system for mining. If you want to change Vanilla metals back to their old values, simply crack the Core config and under ores disable all of the listed ores (should all be vanilla names) which will reset anything we change about them.

Installing:
Allways BACKUP your .minecraft/minecraft folder before installation!

Windows:
Go to C:/Users/”YOUR USER NAME”/AppData/Roaming/.minecraft/bin.
Open minecraft.jar with winRAR, 7zip or any other archive program
Drag in the latest verision of minecraft forge into your minecraft.jar.
Put the mod into your .minecraft/mods folder
Play And Have FUN!

Mac:
Open finder, go to “YOUR USER NAME”, library, Application Support. Then scroll down to minecraft, open it and open the bin folder.
In the bin folder open the minecraft.jar with Archive Utility
It will create a new folder called minecraft. Delete your minecraft.jar and rename the new minecraft folder tominecraft.jar
Drag in the latest verision of minecraft forge in to your minecraft.jar.
Open mFC Beta 1.3 Universal.zip and put the mFC.zip from mods into mods in your minecraft folder.

To summarize: this mod allows you to transmute tons of materials into other materials. It adds a lot of what is classified by many as “endgame content”, to make you feel more godlike in your sandbox world. If this offends your Minecrafting sensibilities, this may not be the mod for you.

These items are psychotically expensive, so before you bash them, try acquiring the items legitimately. You’ll find it’s not exactly a cakewalk.

Installation:

Universal install instructions for both client and server
Install the required version of Forge in to you minecraft.jar
Start and stop Minecraft to test to make sure that Forge was added successfully
Put ‘Equivalent Exchange 3 Mod jar file’ in to your /mods folder
Load up Minecraft and play!

If you have trouble during the installation make sure that you start with a fresh jar files, and try loading your Minecraftafter every step above. This will help you figure out specifically where and what went wrong in the installation.

Mod Mechanics:

Weapon System / Dual Wielding

Mine and Blade 2 introduces a new weapon system to minecraft. This system will allow the player to have up to 3 weapons sets available to them that can be switched to using the ‘R’ key. The system allows the player to specify a mainhand and an offhand weapon (so allows select dual wielding).

By default any weapon can be placed into the weapon system and any weapon without a special right click function can be dual wielded. The mod will also scan though items for weapons added by mods. For further mod support there is an API (check the github repository)

Items are placed in the weapon system in a new GUI bound to the ‘I’ key

When dual wielding, the left mouse button will attack with the mainhand (right) weapon and the right mouse button will attack with the offhand weapon (left) or block with the shield

Shields

Mine and Blade 2 introduces a shielding mechanic different to the normal sword block. Blocking with a shield will reduce all blockable damage taken from the front 120 degree arc. However a player cannot block indefinably as there is a stamina bar that appears above the normal minecraft health/armour icons.

Shields are crafted as follows

When struck by an arrow, the arrow will appear in the shield. Arrows can be retrieved by placing the shield by itself in the crafting matrix (the arrows will be added to your inventory when you retrieve the shield)

A shield bash can be preformed by pressing the ‘Z’ key. This will cause any mob in front of you to be knocked back. Using a shield bash will cause you to loose a third of your stamina bar and render you unable to attack for 1/2 a second.

Weapons & Armour

Waraxe

Although the waraxe does less damage to unarmoured foes than the sword, it is more able to penatrate armoured foes.



Mace
The mace’s blunt surface is perfect for dazing enemies



Spear
The spear is the weapon for those who would rather poke their enemy from a distance



Dagger

The dagger is a quick weapon with lower damage than the sword



Chainmail Armour

Mine & Blade: Battlegear 2 introduces a new way of obtaining chainmail armour. 3 chain links can be obtained by placing 2 iron ingots in a vertical arrangement in a crafting grid. Chain links can then be used to make chainmail armour
